- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Processing time does not include shipping time. We will send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
- Free Shipping: Orders over $35 (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $35, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- International Shipping: Currently available to select countries (check availability at checkout). Additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic (Contiguous US): Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days after shipping.
- Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories: 7–14 business days.
- International: 10–30 business days (varies by country and customs processing). Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods.
4. Shipping Carriers We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions and Special Notes
- Fragile Items: Ceramic mugs, glass cups, and other breakable drinkware are packaged with extra protection (bubble wrap, foam inserts, sturdy boxes). We are not responsible for breakage caused by carrier mishandling after handover to the carrier.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy and completeness. We are not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- PO Boxes & Military Addresses: Supported via USPS where applicable.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us at info20@devanshushopnova.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
- For damaged items (e.g., broken mug or cracked tumbler), please provide clear photos of the damage and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
